    该机通过旋转装置将存放在容器莲子均匀分布该装置中，该装置采用plc可编程控制器准确无误的控制步进电机，准确性得到保障。再通过带有导向功能的下料装置准确无误的添加至易拉罐中。再加上各个关键部位安装检测开关及其他辅助结构，从而使生产中的添加合格率可高达99%以上。

二、产品特点：
1.莲子添加机设置有触摸屏，可在触摸屏上切换手动和自动模式，修改系统参数，操作简单方便，易于上手。
2.手动模式手动设定主机速度，自动模式由装设在要跟随速度的主机或输送上的编码器反馈信号给plc，plc发出指令确保莲子主机速度和要跟随速度一致。
3.莲子添加机体积小巧现场安装方便，其安装形式一般为上部横跨在输送上端，现场安装整体不需要做过大改动。当更换产品不需要添加莲子时，只需将螺旋器两端螺丝拆下，换上护栏即可。
4.该机设有进罐无罐停机，有罐启动，出罐挤罐停机，排除故障自动启动功能；该机设有计数功能，以便统计每个班次生产量。
5.该机料斗设置有振动器，防止物料分层及物料贴附于料斗壁上，造成缺料假象导致主机停机。
6.整机采用触摸屏，编码器，步进电机，西门子plc控制，采用特制的机械传动机构，确保莲子添加准确。
